Two different hours, on the same line
The office and the emergency line are not the same thing, and it is worth being clear about which one you are calling. Office hours are for scheduling, estimates and billing. The emergency line is answered by a live person around the clock, every day of the week, for a system that has actually failed.
- Office: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
- Emergency service: 24 hours, a live person answers
