When duct cleaning is worth the investment
Not every home needs duct cleaning every year, but several situations make it clearly worthwhile: visible mold growth inside ducts or on other components, a noticeable musty smell when the system runs, excessive dust on furniture even after cleaning, recent renovation or construction that generated drywall dust or debris, or a home that has never had its ducts cleaned. Dryer vent cleaning is a separate service and a genuine safety issue. Lint buildup in dryer vents is one of the leading causes of residential fires. We clean the full vent run from the dryer to the exterior termination point, and inspect the vent cap for blockage or damage.
How the cleaning process works
Our crew connects professional negative-pressure equipment to your duct system, then brushes and vacuums each supply and return run. The process typically takes two to four hours for a standard home. Dryer vent cleaning is usually completed in under an hour.
